2011 Book List

BooksIn the past year, I have become a regular reader again. I have weaned myself off of my exclusive diet of art books and technical books, and have begun to indulge in memoirs, ramblings that come off as memoirs, philosophy, ramblings that come off as philosophy, and even fiction, a category I have always had a high disdain for.

As the business of my work days fluctuates with the rate of the huffing and puffing of the Wall Street monster, I have taken it upon myself to spend my down time reading, if not drawing or writing.

As a result, I’ve been hitting the books hard. And as a result of that, and my OCD tendencies, I have decided to keep a list of books completed this year.

  • ‘Let Fury Have the Hour: The Punk Rock Politics of Joe Strummer’ - Antonino D’Ambroso (Finally finished this one after a year. Ughhh. It was so boring. I wish it had been all interviews rather than crap articles.)
